About the Event
We are happy to announce that Registration is now open for the 2023 Annual Conference!
We are beyond excited to connect with you this October in Atlanta, Georgia at The Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center. Our theme for this conference is Destination: Success | Accelerate Your Journey with your peers, our partners, and the staff at the Franchise Support Center. We have packed the agenda with learning opportunities to ensure you leave with expanded knowledge and new ideas to execute at your local office.
New this year, we have aligned the learning sessions to where you are in your journey as an owner. You will see foundational content sessions geared towards those within their first 24 months as new owners. For those of you beyond 24 months in your BrightStar Care ownership journey, we have advanced topics that build on the foundation and focus on strategic concepts and fresh insights to consider implementing upon your return to the office.
To help you prepare for the week of the conference, here are some general details.
- The events will begin on Tuesday, October 3rd in the afternoon with an optional pre-conference session, followed by the Welcome Reception in the evening.
- Wednesday and Thursday, October 4th – 5th will be filled with sessions from our very own Shelly Sun, Strategic Partners, and Ryan Raffaeli, PHD at Harvard Business School.
- Wednesday night is Challenge Night! Bring your team spirit, creativity, and strategic mindset for some fun you won’t want to miss. Teams will need to actively problem-solve for a chance to win an exclusive opportunity, like none other! And the top achieving team can claim bragging rights as Reigning Champion until the next Annual Conference. Additional information will be provided once registration closes.
- The Awards Gala Dinner will be hosted on Thursday, October 5th. We are looking forward to sharing this special time with you.
We are also excited to announce that we have implemented a new registration process based on your feedback. Moving forward, attendees complete just one step to register for both conference and hotel reservations. BrightStar Support Center will book your hotel accommodation and pay for your hotel rooms upfront.
The registration fee and hotel room costs (excluding incidentals) will now be debited from your account no later than 30 days post-conference.
