We are excited to implement a new registration process.  BrightStar Support Center will book your hotel accommodation and pay for your hotel rooms. If you would like to pay for your hotel accommodations, please let us know through the registration comment section or email us at conference@brightstarcare.com.  The registration fee and now hotel room costs (excluding incidentals), will be debited from your account no later than 30-days post-conference.   

Hotel Cancellation Policy is on or before Tuesday, September 26th.  After this date, the hotel will charge room and tax for the number of nights reserved.  Should you need to cancel your registration and hotel reservation, please email conference@brightstarcare.com.
